Luna is a UK-based recruitment firm connecting early-career sales & commercial talent with some of the UK’s fastest-growing companies. We were approachd by the company to rebrand from their previous identity, ‘AQ Talent’, and build a new website. We began the process by identifying Luna's current and desired traits & values, which culminated in a set of brand characteristics. These characteristics were subsequently grouped into broader categories, revealing that 89% fell into four areas: futuristic, approachable, trustworthy and bold. To reflect these qualities, we developed an identity combining a bold, vibrant colour palette with a warm serif wordmark. The result was a strikingly simple, vibrant identity with yellow — the colour of energy and optimism — taking centre stage. The logo, which incorporates the moon as negative space, is a continuation of this confident simplicity, with the wider identity balancing clean blocks of colour with uplifting illustrations and cheery, unabashed typography. Using this new visual framework, we then designed and built a website with lead generation as its primary objective. For this project, we used Wix Studio, a platform the client was comfortable handling post delivery.
