Tubs Jackson is a direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand specialising in motorcycle helmet equipment. Following a strong first year of organic growth, they approached us to help scale further through performance marketing. The process began with a deep dive into their brand messaging. By analysing real-life customer feedback across a range of online touchpoints, we identified the functional and emotional benefits that truly mattered to their audience. This refined messaging was carried through to the website, which also underwent a comprehensive UI/UX refresh aimed at maximising conversions. With these foundations in place, we launched a Meta conversions campaign to drive qualified traffic to the website. Our creative development combined messaging insights with an array of static and video creatives. By testing a broad range of formats initially, we could identify which styles most resonated with Tubs' target audience. As the campaign progressed, high-performing creatives were scaled whilst low performers were either iterated or replaced. This approach of continuous monitoring and optimisation ensured maximum efficiency of ad spend. Since campaign launch, Tubs has experienced a 52% increase in revenue and ROAS of 3.12x. Our performance-related compensation structure ensures that, as Tubs Jackson continues to scale, operating profit remains protected.
