Branding, Web Design
Since launching in 2014, premium cycling accessories brand Stique has primarily focused on wholesale and retail channels. Earlier this year, they decided to invest more seriously in their online, direct-to-consumer channel. In doing so, we helped them design and relaunch their new website on Shopify. Our approach started with strategy. We collaborated with Stique to develop wireframes that leveraged copy and media aligned with the brand's proven functional and emotional benefits. From there, we migrated them to a modern Shopify theme and brought all visual elements in line with their brand identity (which we'd originally developed for them in 2014). Throughout the design process, we balanced aesthetic appeal with conversion-focused best practices: prominent social proof, clear benefit messaging, consistent use of calls-to-action, and intuitive UX patterns. The results were significant. Stique has seen a 7.5x increase in conversion rate since launch, and we're now working to capitalise on these gains through targeted Meta ad campaigns. More on this soon.
