Last summer, we were approached by the team at Lazareff + Partners (L+P) to help develop a new brand identity and website. To continue on the growth trajectory they’d experienced since early 2023, they recognised the need for a more refined, polished, and professional look — particularly as operators in the Legal Executive Search industry. The primary goal of L+P’s rebrand was to establish the firm as a more serious and reputable presence in the market. A key part of the strategy, therefore, was to create a visual narrative that communicates trust and professionalism, while also positioning the company as a more sophisticated, premium brand. Following a review of competitor and related brands, we settled on three key design elements to signal the brand’s desired characteristics: a navy/white colour palette (trustworthiness/professionalism), an extended typeface (premium), and a wordmark-only logo (sophisticated). Once the identity was in place, we were able to design and build a fully responsive website to reflect the updated aesthetic and, importantly, to bring in leads.
